[Setup] What sort of hardware specs are people running?

As a further question, what is most hardware factor is most important for
running Plone:

CPU clock frequency (is 2.5GHz enough or should we go to 3GHz)?
Internal L1 & L2 cache?
RAM (is 4GB or 8GB enough?)
Disk swap?
