[Setup] Integrated AD authentication?

Hi,

Does anyone know if it is possible to secure a Plone website in such a way
that only users which are member of a certain Active Directory group to
access the plone site? IE in IIS this can be done by selecting integrated
windows authentication and using NTFS ACL's to control access to the
website. However, I'm totally unfamilliar with Plone/Zope, so any
help/suggestions would be appreciated!

I'm running Plone version 2.5.1-zope-2.9 on Windows Server 2003.
