[Setup] how to Setup on a Free WebHost

I have three websites, I need to setup them all with diffrent flavors of
plone.

one site I need setup with plone4artsit
one site regular plone.
and one with plumi.

my sites are hosted with http://zendfree.com/  ZendFree  which has Cgi but
no python is there any way to install it on my server. I don't want to
switch hosts cause of all the free hosts the one has the most speed and
uptime.


Please help me.
