[Setup] PloneLDAP with Plone 3.2.2 : error python-ldap

For your answer but  i haven't got the Plone LDAP module in ACL USER.
I downloaded this package python-ldap 
http://pypi.python.org/packages/source/p/python-ldap/python-ldap-2.3.7.tar.gz#md5=b080feba004e626b6d4972d19914140b
http://pypi.python.org/packages/source/p/python-ldap/python-ldap-2.3.7.tar.gz#md5=b080feba004e626b6d4972d19914140b 

I installed python like that : 

 python setup.py build

and it returns

error: Setup script exited with error: command '/usr/bin/gcc' failed with
exit status 1 

Can you decribe me the installation steps, Please ?
