[Setup] Missing Plone Sample Site After Using Unified Installer

The Unified Installer does normally create a sample Plone site. If
it's missing, you should be able to create one by visiting the Zope
Management Interface. Look for the "Add" button in the upper right,
and choose "Plone Site" from the drop-down menu.
