[Setup] plone.app.ldap in buildout in Windows: no Visual Studio

Alberto,

You better try with cygwin (remember to install mingw32), as the error
message recommends.

After that, you will have to patch your installation:
http://dev.plone.org/plone/ticket/8128

BTW, if you want results quick, stick to linux.
