[Setup] Problem migrating from Plone 2.05 to 3.1.7 (resent)

Yes, I did it. I also tried on a completely new machine (with administrator
account) and installed Plone 2.0.5 (never installed before), then copied old
Data.fs (created with 2.0.5).
