[Setup] plone and vista

The solution that works 100% for me on Winx64 is to NOT use the Windows Plone
controller application.  I use a Command Window and navigate to ....\Plone
3\data\bin then execute runzope and it fires up no problem. Stop it by [Ctl]
+ [Break] then answer Y. Since I've stuck to this and not used the
application I haven't had a problem.
