[Setup] Installing Plone 3.1.1 on Fedora 7

Hi.
Does the server has a firewall or is there any firewall between the server
and the computer from which you're trying to access Plone?
Did you set the new port in buildout.cfg and then run ./bin/buildout while
the server is stoped and then started the server?
