[Setup] difference between 'buildout' and the XP Installer

Check out http://rhodesmill.org/brandon/buildout/ for an overview of what
buildout is.  Though it's viewed from linux it will give you the scoop.  Do
your homework if you want to play in windows.  I'll try to find more on
windows when I have time.
