[Setup] How to install Plone on a remote host (Pair Networks in particular)

I asked my website host (www.pair.com) how to install Plone on their server,
and their helpdesk admitted they were not familiar with Plone, and were thus
unsure how to direct me.

I know how to upload to Pair via FTP but have limited experience uploading a
CMS. Is there documentation explaining how to upload and install Plone to a
host such as Pair?

I know they're using UNIX and Apache, and from what I do know Plone should
run fine, if I only know how to install it properly.
