[Setup] Plone 3 | Site Setup | Security | Enable User Folders [was: Missing "my folder" in the personal bar after upgrade to Plone 3]

Also in 2.5, the user's folder structure (of only the user who is logged in)
would expand under the the Members Folder in the Nav portlet. How do I get
this behavior back in Plone 3? Thanks..
