NuPlone should already be installed as a product.
Locate where Nuplone is installed and extract your tare archive in the
same directory.

Restart zope (note that you may have several installation of zope on
your machine, one through plone and one through the default OS install,
so use the right restart scripts!)

Also do you run plone from zinstall or from zeo server? Those 2 way of
running zope have 2 different products dir.

Install another product (not a skin, ex. zwindows) and see if it appears
in the add-on product page. Also are you using products for the right
version of plone?

Basically, extract the files in the right product directory, restart the
right zope and it should appear in the site setup/add-on product.
Then you need to select the product to install/enable it.
