[Setup] solved: Plone 3 alpha2 error: No traversable adapter found

As noted in another forum [1], the way to "fix" this problem seems to
be to install a Python package manager called setuptools. [2]  After
installing this utility, and doing nothing else aside from restarting
Zope, Plone stuff in my Zope instance magically started working.
