[Setup] Re: hide "recent changes"

That worked, now I am trying to get rid of the tabs on the pages, ie
edit,contents,view. These dont show up for annonymous users, just after
the user logs in. I would prefer to just show the content. Any pointers
would be greatly appreciated.
