[Setup] ZMI inaccessible after moving Data.fs

Hi,

I've tried to move a Plone site by moving the Data.fs.
But after copying over the old Data.fs file to the new Zope instance, 
the ZMI is inaccessible.
All I got from the browser (Firefox) is:


    Site Error

An error was encountered while publishing this resource.

*Resource not found*

Sorry, the requested resource does not exist.

Check the URL and try again.

*Resource:* Plone GET

And the following is from the log:

But if I use back the Data.fs from the rebuild, I can access the ZMI 
with no problem.
Any clue?
