[Setup] Change Default Pagination for Folder Contents

I've looked around and can't seem to find the answer to this one. Probably
I'm missing something simple, but... 

In Plone 3, the standard folder view paginates at 20 items. How do you
change this number? Specifically, the problem I'm trying to solve is that
it's impossible to re-order items from page to page. Say you have 50 items
in a folder. If you want to move something from the second page to the
first, you can't drag it. If you cut the item from the second page and paste
it on the first, it actually winds up on the third page! 

The obvious solution here is to set the default number of items to show to
some large number so it never paginates folder contents, but I have no idea
how to do that. Does anyone else?
