If you go to Control Panel>Administrative Tools>Services and scroll down the
list Zope should be near the bottom if not the bottom item.
1. Is it there?
2. Does it says it is running?
3. Do you have Plone Controller installed and running?
4. If Zope is there what do you get in the browser window for
http://localhost/ ?
