[Setup] Upgrading from stand alone to zeo (Plone 3.0)

I have been testing Plone 3 rc2, and would like to do the following:
Install the 'final' Plone 3 as zeo, then upgrade/migrate the data.fs in the
ZMI. I can't find anything that says this is possible upgrade path, so I'm
not sure if this can be done.

I have not done any 3rd party installs, or other customizations. I am just
looking to keep the existing content and user log-ins.
