[Setup] Plone doesn't appear in the ZMI

Actually, I just noticed the real difference is whether you indicate port
8080 or not.  If you go to http://<server>:8080/manage or
http://<server>:8080/manage_main you will see the Plone Site.

If you go to http://<server>/manage or http://<server>/manage_main (no :8080
port specified) you end up without the Plone Site.

I can see why this is by design, makes things a bit less confusing for the
beginner.  It's seems that there should be some differentiation between the
Full ZMI and the Plone ZMI, and maybe a link between the two.
