[Setup] init.d script for Plone 2.5.1 on linux

I have posted an init.d script for the Plone 2.5(.1) universal linux installation onto plone.org, as I don't think one is included in the install package. I don't like having to just use the scripts provided from the command line, and prefer being able to start zope at boot, and also be able to call the start/stop/restart/status functions from a backup script.

Enhancements and suggestions are welcome.
