[Setup] 2.0.3 -> 2.5.1 Migration failure question!

Hey All, 

Looking for some feedback on how to try to get around this migration failure:

p.s. Some history, this is a 2.0.3 -> 2.5.1 migration attempt. I've previously
deleted two troublesome Member folders to inch the migration along. It now
runs for over an hour until failing here. The Data.fs is about 500MB.
