[Setup] Enabling RSS Feeds for Recent Changes portlet

Hi all,

I've searched through the FAQ and Documentation, but no success.  I 
would like to enable an RSS feed for the Recent Changes Portlet and 
possibly add the little button to subscribe into the title bar...similar 
to plone.org news portlet.  Do i need to install a product to do this, 
or is the bultin rss functionality good enough to do what I want?
