[Setup] Re: Plone won't return page on XP localhost

I don't have IIS running. 

The specific bugs were the subject of a previous post (last week), subject:
"Trouble creating Plone site (python exception)". It has to do with creating
a new site with 2.1.1. There's no problem if you don't try to create a site.
Someone else responded that they had the same problem.
