[Setup] Can not add Plone Site on new zope2.9.4/plone 2.5 install ?

No, you seem to have the right version of the dependencies installed,  
it's most likely something else.

PS: Please keep this on the setup list, I don't have the capacity to  
follow up with people individually. :)
