[Setup] no /opt/Plone directory after install

Hi Steve,

Glad to hear that it worked.  The install script detects the presence of an existing folder at /opt/Plone-2.5 rather than /opt per se.  If the /opt/Plone-2.5 folder is detected the install will fail before the compilation steps are reached.
