[QA-Team] Plone 4.2 soft-released

Thanks to everyone for getting those last few issues worked out. Plone 4.2 is now pending at http://dist.plone.org/release/4.2-pending/versions.cfg. I'll plan on releasing it Tuesday if there are no critical packaging issues found.
