(Moving this to product-developers since it's not core-related)

I've checked with Rob Porter, the author, and he's all for moving it 
into the collective. The svn location had been replaced with 
Kiln(mercurial) at 
https://weblion-pm.vmhost.psu.edu/kiln/Code/WebLion-Repository/Group/ContentWellPortlets, 
so you'll want to use that version instead.
