[Product-Developers] collective.classifieds needs some love

Hello Hector,

I would like to help. It's been quite a while since I did any developing on
my first plone add-on.
Rebuilding the locales structure and fixing the i18n_domain sounds like the
way to go.
Time is difficult factor for me, but I will try.
