[Product-Developers] Resume old 3.1.7

Hi all,
I need to resume an old plone 3.1.7 project.

Most of the needed tarballs hosted in plone.org now have 0 sized download
files. Even if they has been working no more than a couple of weeks ago.

Thus the buildout obviously fails his job.

Some empty packages are, for example:
 - http://plone.org/products/atcontenttypes/releases/1.2.5/
 - http://plone.org/products/atreferencebrowserwidget/releases/2.0.3/
 - http://plone.org/products/cmfquickinstallertool/releases/2.1.6/

How can I get back the buildout working?
