[Product-Developers] PloneTestCase missing in Plone 4.3.3

I can confirm this issue, running the buildouts with 4.3.3 started failing
the packages.
As a workaround we've pinned Products.TestCase within our buildouts, but I
regards this
as a bug as well to remove a product within a dot release and without any
documentation about it.
