[Product-Developers] collective.smartkeywordmanager release and move to github

Hi all,

Can anyone please add collective.smartkeywordmanager to collective 
github and activate it on travis-CI.

I did some improvements there lately:

  * Use select2 as main widget
  * Make view available for new style Collections
  * added some minimal tests
  * Plone 4.3 compatibility

I can cut a release if I get permissions on pypi. My username there is iT0m.
