[Product-Developers] svn.plone.org closed for commits? How to commit bug fix for "collective.portlet.sitemap"?

The answer might be obvious, but I've been away from Plone for a while...

The reason for my asking is that I'd like to commit a bug fix for

 
http://svn.plone.org/svn/collective/collective.portlet.sitemap/trunk/collective/portlet/sitemap/navigation_extended_recurse.pt

line 22:  added missing '$' in 'string: section-${normalizedId}'

There is no "https://github.com/collective/collective.portlet.sitemap", and
no contact information on
"http://pypi.python.org/pypi/collective.portlet.sitemap".

Please advice,
