Possibly some of the conference-oriented products may provide a starting point.
They're also about highly structured events. The question would be
whether tournament/match/results/logs are similar enough to
conference/talk/papers/feedback to be helpful, and how nicely the
products are structured. Many concepts do relate, e.g. audience
(attending a match or a talk), registrations, time and location of a
talk or match ..

Instead of Committees, you might have Teams. For Specialties, you
