[Product-Developers] collective.contentlicensing: use real name (not user ID) in attribution/citation

Problem: 

Within LDAP, OpenID, Active Directory and some other authentication
environments, the user ID is often not recognisable as the name of a human.
Not enough to identify the person, and not the sort of thing you'd use in a
citation. 

Suggestion:

Instead of the user ID: 

 * present the real name of the author.
