Something is going wrong. Transmogrifier does not disable indexing,
nor does it use methods that avoid (re)indexing. At some point I had
plans to add deferred indexing to transmogrifier, but with the advent
of collective.indexing that was no longer needed.

What does your pipeline look like, do you use the atschemaupdater?
