[Product-Developers] support easy_install myegg==dev with svn collective

Thank you Martijn for your help. It's better, now easy_install try to
download but got 403 Forbidden:

easy_install collective.steps==dev

I also tryied with '/' after trunk ( trunk/#egg=collective.steps-dev )  
but don't change anything
