[Product-Developers] Directory missing in plone.recipe.apache 0.3.1

Hello,

the templates directory is missing in the archive uploaded on
pypi.python for the version 0.3.1 of plone.recipe.apache.
I can't find who is the maintainer of it and who can upload a fixed archive.

I prepared to archives to replace existing:
