Version 0.2 released

I think I have rooted out most of the deadlock problems. They went down to
Python 2.4 interpreter core and finalizers and I created few ugly hacks to
avoid them.

Also several other enhancements added - now you can start using this
seriously. It is so nice that you can insert/replace import pdb ;
pdb.set_trace() without need to restart Plone :)
