[Product-Developers] How do I make object creation go faster?

I have a Plone site with nginx and varnish. Runs wonderfully.... until I
need to create a new instance of an object, my objects are archetypes based
with about 20 fields and instanciation takes easily 20 - 30 seconds.
How can I make this go faster?
