I'd suggest making a template in ZopeSkel or in a dedicated package, 
like what I did for buildout recipes.

You will be able to set the proper metadata (like keywords) for all those
packages to 
make it easier to find at PyPI, and later on at plone.org. This will also
help 
widget creators I guess.
