First of all, I think you want to post to plone-users instead, the
list for Plone use as opposed to the development of Plone itself.

I'm assuming that you want to import static HTML from the filesystem.
In that case you may want to look at collective.transmogrifier at
http://svn.plone.org/svn/collective/collective.transmogrifier. Though
not yet ready perhaps for out-of-the-box imports like that, it
certainly aims to do just such imports in the next few months. If you
are not a developer, you'll have to wait though.
