plone_hosting buildout zope/zeo setup fine but no Plone

Actually, the current plone_hosting template does not give 3.0.3 as an
option. So I had to interrupt the buildout and edit base.cfg so that my
plone install would be 3.0.3 and not 3.0.2. Then I ran

bin/buildout
(I suppose I could have skipped the python bootstrap.py command)
