[Product Developers] marshaling images in a better way

I tried the package but I was not able to make it work.

could you please give me exact information on how to enable it?

this is what I have done:

1. download the package from SVN from 
https://svn.plone.org/svn/collective/iptc/trunk (revision 40015)
2. put it on /<instance>/lib/python
3. add the following to CMFPlone/configure.zcml

   <include package="iptc" /> (BTW, I don't know if this is fine)

4. import an image using WebDAV
5. the imae is in plone, but as usually, no IPTC parsing was done

what I am doing wrong? I do have installed IPTCInfo.

BTW, I can see a bunch of "AttributeError: @@plone" messages in the log.

I am using:

Plone 2.5.2,
CMF-1.6.2,
Zope (Zope 2.9.6-final, python 2.4.3, win32),
Five 1.3.8,
Python 2.4.3 (#69, Mar 29 2006, 17:35:34) [MSC v.1310 32 bit (Intel)],
PIL 1.1.6
