L'ipotesi potrebbe pure essere vera.... Magari windows e il suo meraviglioso
firewall segano qualcosa...
Davvero non mi viene in mente altro....
Magari sarebbe utile nattare (operando con il router) la tua installazione
locale in modo che sia visibile anche da fuori, ovvero operare come se
avessi un server web vero...
Se mi viene in mente altro ti faccio sapere.... DEVE ANDARE!
