Probabilmente nella sezione prodotti di plone.org c'è il pacchetto, comunque 
puoi usare  subversion a linea di comando:

svn export  http://svn.plone.org/svn/collective/PASPlugins/PasswordExpiry/trunk PasswordExpiry 

o un qualsiasi altro front-end.
(nella sezione documentazione ci dovrebbe essere un tutorial relativo a svn)

Ringraziando per le precedenti risposte ritorno ancora una su questo thread. Domanda: come si installa questo plugin? Ho provato cosi' per curiosità a metterlo in products ... ma da errore di importazione. Nella doc c'e' scritto di andare in portal_setup e ..

"Select and run the import steps for the PasswordExpiry default profile. This
  works well with a stock Plone 2.5.3 site but you may need to customize and
  verify for other configurations."

Io sono andato in portal_setup ho selezionato la tab "import" e in fondo alla pagina ho caricato PasswordExpiry.tar.gz ... e poi "Import Loaded Tarball".
