from CMFCore import CMFcorePermission
ma già dalla versione 2.5 è una chiamata deprecata

ora è

from CMFCore import permissions

Può essere che in Plone 3.0 CMFCorepermission sia stata rimossa
completamente... verifica però, non ne sono sicuro
