 The 2 issues above have to do with moving the code to Products.CMFPlone.

 "We want to migrate all control panel forms and related code from
 plone.app.controlpanel to CMFPlone. Control panels were already migrated
 to z3c.form in branch "plip10359-z3cform":

 . Code needs to be moved from this branch to CMFPlone."
