Comment(by spliter):

 The PLIP is ready for review. There are some notes though.

     - JSON is not integrated. Have it half-done saved on the disk, but had
 no time to finish it. So HTML responses from AJAX for now.
     - AJAX URL updates and back button work in browsers supporting HTML5
 History API. No fallback (yet) for those browsers that don't support it.
     - No upgrade steps. Will need help with this I assume.
     - Didn't write more documentation yet. Will do after we merge this
 into trunk and I know what is there and how it works :)
     - Didn't yet fix INavigationRoot handling for the sections, as Yiorgis
 asks in [#comment:93].

 All of these don't feel critical to me at the moment. Unless something
 major pops up these should not be the blockers for merging the PLIP I
 hope.
