 FWT vote: +1 simply because I'd like to have the chance to evaluate this
 with all the UI issues worked out. The quality of the UI would determine
 my final vote. (Note that users won't think of Plone 4 as just a stepping
 stone to 5, as we do. They'll be surprised if the UI undergoes a major
 change and then changes again.)
